🔑 4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. xhtab4 relies on this information for KYC compliance, payment processing, and responsible gambling monitoring. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on xhtab4. If we detect duplicate accounts associated with the same person (identified by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other indicators), we reserve the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

4.5 Account Closure

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks. xhtab4 reserves the right to close any Account at any time without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. xhtab4 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processing systems.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• xhtab4 processes most e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Standard bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes. These are operational targets and not guaranteed processing times.
• Withdrawals requested during public holidays or outside banking hours may experience delays outside our control.
• Any withdrawal that triggers our AML review thresholds will be held pending satisfactory KYC documentation. xhtab4 will communicate any such hold to you within a reasonable timeframe.

xhtab4 operates a six-tier VIP loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Black Diamond). Tier qualification, cashback rates, birthday bonus amounts, and other VIP perks are subject to the programme terms published on the Platform. xhtab4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

7.1 Game Fairness

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xhtab4 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
